How long does a Woolwax service take?

Woolwax is a thick, lanolin-based formula that creates an active self-healing barrier. Unlike thin dripless oil sprays, it will not wash off during rain or pressure washing.

A standard underbody spray and panel fogging process takes approximately 30mins - 1 Hour . We thoroughly prep if needed and inspect your frame before applying the product. We have 2 guys spraying at once which makes your experience flawless and not waiting around for hours.

Does Woolwax dry completely solid?

No. Woolwax cures to a soft gel consistency that continually creeps into tight seams and welds, preventing oxygen and road salt from reaching raw metal. Its Non toxic, Non drip and doesn't hurt rubber or electrical.

Aluminum is a non-ferrous metal, meaning it contains no iron and cannot rust. When exposed to air, it naturally forms its own protective oxide layer that shields it from everyday atmospheric corrosion, especially when coated in factory paint. Because of this, a traditional rust-preventative undercoating is unnecessary for the bulk of the aluminum. We make sure to instead spray the cab mounts and areas where non-ferrous metals contact steel, If you need your Aluminum sprayed please let us know beforehand!

How often should I reapply protection?

Yes. Woolwax encapsulates existing surface rust and halts progression by blocking moisture and oxygen. Extreme scale is mechanically prepped before application. We will recommend to you if your vehicle needs preparation before we spray

We recommend an annual touch-up before severe winter weather to refresh high-impact underbody blast areas and maintain continuous frame defense. Woolwax is rated for use up to 3 years and will still be seen on frames after 10+ years
